Our life-size Protoceratops animatronic brings the small, frilled ancestor of the horned dinosaurs to life. The compact quadruped features a broad neck frill, a parrot-like beak and a sturdy, ground-hugging body covered in hand-painted silicone skin with realistic scale texture. Movements include mouth opening, head turning, neck movement, stepping legs and tail sway, plus blinking eyes and breathing simulation. A soft grunting call plays from the built-in speaker. Its approachable 2-meter size and gentle appearance make it ideal for children's areas in zoos, malls and science museums, and it pairs perfectly with larger ceratopsian exhibits in any collection.
