Step 2: Mechanical and testing

Each dinosaur's mechanical frame is continuously tested for 24 hours before modeling to ensure that the dinosaur has no problems when using it.

Step 3: Modeling and carving

We use high-density sponges to assemble the muscle structure of dinosaurs, and sponges can better shape the body of dinosaurs. A professional shaper will then carve different lines into each part of the dinosaur.

Step 4: Paint

Professional painting master will give different colors of paint to each part of the dinosaur according to the needs of customers, so that the dinosaur is more realistic.

Step 5: Pack and ship

Each dinosaur is carefully packaged. For small dinosaurs, we wrap the whole animal in bubble wrap and use sponges to protect the eyes and mouth to avoid damage during transportation. For large dinosaurs, we cut the body of the dinosaur into several parts and wrap them in bubble wrap for easy transportation. We accept air, sea and land transportation, and fully cooperate with freight forwarders to provide relevant information.

Step 6: On-site installation
